Hi, this is is Jacob and let me tell you about my new friend. His name is Banjo.
Banjo is black and tall and has a wet tongue. At first he was scared of me (not sure why, silly dog). He hid between his owners legs instead of coming up to smell me. It has taken a couple of days for him to realize that I'm a cool little guy. On Saturday my mom took me and Banjo for a walk, that was fun. Banjo kept running off to see other dogs or cars, but would always come back to check on us. Saturday night, Great Uncle Joe laid on the ground with me and Banjo, trying to get Banjo to like me. I think he started to like me then.
On Sunday, we went to church and saw my great grandma. When my uncle told her that my mom and I went for a walk with Banjo, great grandma replied "I didn't know Jocelyn played the Banjo!" Needless to say, she didn't quite understand. Sunday afternoon, my Great Aunt Patty got Banjo to lick my face, and then they tried to let me ride Banjo.
Last night when mom went to change my diaper, Banjo followed her upstairs. Banjo wanted to know what was going on, but as soon as mom opened my diaper and saw the surprise, Banjo was out of there. He came back up to check on me later. When I went to bed, he kept looking for me and then he laid outside my door when my parents came to bed. I think we are friends. I think he is a cool dog.
